HVACPROTech® TechTalk® Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning-Refrigeration & Controls Forums Article of Charter
First Edition 05.10.2006
The TechTalk® Article of Charter establishes the foundation upon which all Forum core documents and general operating practices and policies are based upon. It provides insight to the reason for the creation of the Forums and vision to the path in which Moderators and Administartors will guide its growth. The Charter is the final authority with respect to the Forums policies and the decisions made in its operation.
Article of Declaration of Charter.
HVACPROTech® TechTalk® Forums was, is and will always remain a communication instrument established primarily for industry trade brothers. Industry as it is used for the purposes of this document includes the HVAC/R & Controls trades and all of its associated fields of specialization. All levels of experience from student of the trade to senior level technicians to engineers are welcome to utilize and participate in the activities of these Forums. We are not here to provide nor do we offer specific advice, speculation or troubleshooting assistance to equipment owner/operators seeking to effect replacement or diagnostics to their equipment, systems or components therein.
It is the vision of the Administrators of the Forums to construct the most comprehensive site of its kind through exchange of technical documents, technique exchange and advice. This vision is achievable and attainable only through the active participation of all Forum users.

Rev.01:07.01.2006/The provision in the Charter allowing the creation of categories within the Forum specifically for non-professional members has been edited out to reflect our transition to an exclusively professional members only site.
